A self-proclaimed collector and creator, Allison Eskridge is a Philadelphia-based visual artist and designer who works in many different mediums. Her passion for art and design started at a young age, and by 13 years old she knew she wanted to be an Interior Designer. In 2003, she left her small town on the Chesapeake Bay to pursue her dream at Drexel University. Her work is constantly evolving, with an amazing ability to find beauty in all that she sees. She finds inspiration both in nature and in the busy city, collecting treasures while dumpster diving, thrift store hunting, and exploring the natural landscape. Allison transforms the things she finds in unexpected ways, whether it be decorating a home with found objects, or through her recent collage and shadow box work.
